Georgia sports writing legend Furman Bisher was inducted into the Georgia Writers Hall of Fame in Nov. 2018. The Hall recently posted the video of that event. Furman was the first inductee that day and he was introduced by world-famous novelist Terry Kay, who worked for Bisher at the Atlanta Journal.

Here is the video of the event. The portion involving Bisher takes up the first 20 minutes of the program. Terry Kay’s presentation speech is amazing, particularly when he speaks about Bisher’s column that chronicles the arrival of the Beatles in Atlanta.
