2. You must follow the rules that are published HERE. Each entry must have a cover sheet that is stapled to the entry. There is a $5 fee for each entry. There is no minimum number or maximum number of entries.
3. Send the entries, along with the entry fees, by March 1 to Claude Felton at the University of Georgia. Claude accumulates the submissions, finds the judges and makes sure everything is handled smoothly.
