The Georgia Sports Writers Association is open to all current and former sports writers, as well as sports information and media information professionals.

Dues are $15 year year.

Members are:

• Eligible to participate in the annual writing contest
• Attend the annual meeting and awards ceremony
• Vote in the football and basketball poll
• Vote for the all-state football and basketball teams
• Other opportunities that arise (golf tournaments, etc.)
